Limited 12 Month Warranty

Please take not of the following.

If the unit is not being used regularly it is advised to run water through the system for 5 minutes and then shut down as explained, at least once every two weeks

The PureWater Wizard is not intended to filter extremely dirty water like sandy borehole water, this pure water system is designed to remove dissolved solids from relatively clean municipal water. Running dirty water through the system will reduce the lifespan of the filters drastically.

Limited 12 Month Warranty:

Magic Windows warrants The PureWater Wizard against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage.

Accidental damage to any housing or any parts will not be covered by this Limited Warranty

The PureWater Wizard and all supplied housings, components and parts were tested before shipping.

Magic Windows warrants components and parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a 12-month period.

Any parts or components replaced are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limited 12 Month Warranty is non transferrable.

Warranty Claim.

Magic Windows will furnish and charge for all replacement parts or components

Replaced part or component must be returned to Magic Windows within 30 days from replacement.

If the housing, component or part be deemed defective the client will be credited the cost of replacement part or component.

The following items are not covered by the Limited 12 Month Warranty:

-Any of the pre-filters or reverse osmosis membranes.

-Damage or failure caused by an accident or misuse of the poles, brushes or any part of   the unit.

-Damage caused  to the system due to incorrect connection of water inlet to the system.

-Damage caused by improper operation or maintenance as stated in this Operating -Instruction and Maintenance Guide.

-Use of unauthorized housings, components or parts used for repairs to the system.

-Any modifications made to the original equipment
